2026 AIA Design Awards Announced

To salute excellence in architecture, AIA Chattanooga is reinstating our local Design Awards Program. This program honors built works of distinction designed by AIA Chattanooga members. The program also brings to public attention outstanding examples of architecture.

Over the course of a day and a half, participants will take part in a carefully curated experience combining leadership development modules from PSMJ, guided self-reflection, and collaborative small group work.

PSMJ coursework includes content on Project Management, Personal Productivity, Effective Communication, Team Leadership, Managing Client Relationships, and Financial Fundamentals.

Participants will leave the program with:

  • A clearer understanding of their individual leadership style and personal strengths
  • Practical tools to lead more effectively within project teams and firm culture
  • Greater confidence to serve as active contributors to the architectural profession and local community

COHORT: Participation is limited to 16 maximum total. Selected participants are expected to attend all scheduled sessions and complete all homework
